Lead time: 3-5 working days after artwork confirmation and full payment are processed. 

Artwork Preparation details:

• If artwork designing is required, kindly email us for more information.
• For clients with their own artwork file, kindly make sure that it meets our artwork and specifications.
• The lead time for poster printing will only be applicable after the artwork has received confirmation.

Artwork and File Specifications:

• Files must be provided in CMYK color with Black K value as 100 and high resolution (at least 300 dpi).
• Files are only accepted as AI (outline) or PDF (editable) formats for printing.
• The artwork must be accordingly to the size of the pull-up banner.

T&Cs for Hire Designer

• Please attach the content information (text, date, time, location, organization name, etc.).
• Kindly prepare artwork examples/color schemes for the designer as a reference.
• Numbers of design amendments allowed: 2 times (extra amendments will be charged).
• We will only print the banner once we get your final approval (no changes can be made).

[Note] Projects can take anywhere from 2-3 weeks for completion and will be worked on in the order they are received. All copies should be proofed for correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation prior to submitting this request.
